NEPTUN PHARMA is a concept developed by NTG Neptun Transport A/S, which originates from our extensive experience with pharmaceutical transports, with a particular emphasis on temperature-controlled transports.

Modern equipment of high quality
For NTG Neptun Transport it is a high priority that our equipment is always up to date, in particular our transporting material, tractors and trailers. This is important for environmental reasons, but certainly also for optimum protection of your cargo, both in regards to security and also for a precise control of the temperature during transport.
GDP personnel
At NTG Neptun Transport we take pride in training our own forwarders and in this manner be able to educate and train them in all aspects of the transport flow. Our training has particular focus on the specific demands and circumstances concerning transport of pharmaceuticals. We have several employees with more than 15 years’ experience at NTG Neptun Transport in this area, and continual education is an important parameter which we take very seriously. We have several employees trained in GDP (Good Distribution Practices for Pharmaceuticals) at Pharmakon in Hillerød.
Temperature Surveillance from start to stop
To be able to maintain a constant temperature during transport is vital in being able to complete temperature controlled transports. To be able to document this, is also an important parameter. All of our trailers are able to print a temperature report upon delivery, and 95% of our fleet is connected to our online surveillance system, which we can monitor from the office or from home, online. Both temperature and location can be monitored. Our clients are also able to login to this system themselves, and keep track of the truck. We can at any time make a report and send it pr. email as a PDF file.
Constant Quality Control
At NTG Neptun Transport it is of high importance to comply with our own high standards in regards to procedures and systems. Therefore we have implemented a series of measures to secure that we maintain our high level of quality. NTG Neptun Transport has developed their own extensive self regulation system in accordance with our QHSE management system. Procedure and requirements are continually updated and revised. We are always available for an Audit, and have much experience with this in cooperation with our existing clients.
